Chocolate Souffle Recipe

Ingredients for Chocolate Souffle Recipe

125 grams of dark chocolate

125 milliliters of milk

3 eggs (yellows and whites separated)

2 spoonful butter

1.5 tablespoons

1/4 teaspoon

2 tablespoons of powdered sugar


To lubricate the cookware:

1 tablespoon butter

1 tbsp cocoa


For service:

1 tablespoon icing sugar


How to Make Chocolate Souffle?

1- Put 125 milliliters of milk in a saucepan and heat it to the boil.

2- Add the chocolate in it. Once the chocolate has melted, remove it from the stove.

3- Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a separate saucepan.

4- Add 1.5 tablespoons of flour on it and fry until it smells.

5- After the smell of flour is added, add it into the chocolate milk mixture and add 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar and stir constantly.

6- Add 3 egg yolks, mix for 2 more minutes, remove from the heat and let cool.

7- In a deep bowl, whisk 3 egg whites together with a pinch of salt until you reach the consistency that will not flow when you turn the bowl over.

8- Combine the cooled chocolate mixture with the foamed egg whites and mix with a spatula.

9- Divide the mortar into the greased and cocoa-covered souffle containers with one finger gap and bake for 10 minutes in a preheated 200 degree oven.

10- Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve as soon as you get out of the oven, enjoy your meal!
