Ingredients for Cocoa Revani Recipe

1 cup of semolina

1 cup of yogurt

1 cup of powdered sugar

3 eggs

1 water glass measure of oil

1/2 cup orange juice

1 orange zest

1 packet of vanilla

1 packet of baking powder

2 soup spoons of cocoa

1 – 1.5 cups


For the syrup:

2.5 cups powdered sugar

3 cups of water

3-4 drops of lemon juice


The Key to the Cocoa Revani Recipe

-While your dessert is hot, roll over the cold syrup. In this way, it will attract its syrup to its full consistency.


How To Make Cocoa Revani?

1- Let’s start by preparing the sherbet first. Take water and powdered sugar in a pot. Stir and leave to boil.

2- When it starts to boil, add lemon juice and boil for a few more minutes and let it cool by taking it from the stove.

3- Break the eggs into a bowl and beat them nicely together with the granulated sugar.

4- Add the oil, orange juice, orange zest and yoghurt to whisk and add whisk. Beat.

5- Finally, sift the flour and cocoa into the mortar and mix well.

6- Transfer the mortar into my oiled debt and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 35 minutes.

7- Immediately after removing the whiskey, let the syrup warm up. Wait for the syrup to withdraw.

8- Slice the sherbet nicely, you can serve it by decorating it with coconut. Enjoy your meal!
