Ingredients for Etimek Dessert Recipe

8 slices etimek without salt


For the syrup:

1 cup of powdered sugar

1.5 cups of water


For the custard:

3 cups milk

4 tablespoons of powdered sugar

3 tablespoons

1 tablespoon of cornstarch

1 tsp vanilla extract


For the above:

1 pack of powdered whipped cream

1 cup of cold milk

1/2 tsp cinnamon


How To Make Etimek Dessert?

1- For the sherbet of the dessert; Boil the granulated sugar and water in a small sauce pot. Take the syrup, which takes the consistency of syrup, to warm at room temperature.

2- Place the unsalted etimeks into a rectangular container in one row. Soak the etimeks with the warm syrup mixture and let it stand.

3- For the sweet pudding; Put the milk, granulated sugar, flour, corn starch and vanilla extract in a saucepan and mix it with a metal whisk and then take it to the stove.

4- Cook on a low heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens. After taking it out of the stove, put the custard in the blender to get a smooth consistency.

5- Pour the custard that you prepared on the etimeks that attracts sherbet.

6- Leave in the fridge to cool and peel.

7- Whip the powdered cream site with cold milk and prepare a dark cream.

8- Spread the crust and spread the cream on the custard layer and let it cool in the refrigerator.

9- Pour cinnamon on it and serve. Bon Appetit.
