Ingredients for Turkish Chicken Breast Pudding With Semolina Recipe
1 liter milk
6 tablespoons of powdered sugar
2 tablespoons starch (corn or wheat starch)
1 packet of vanilla
2 tablespoons of powdered pistachios
How to Make Turkish Chicken Breast Pudding With Semolina Recipe?
1- Put all the ingredients, except vanilla, in a saucepan and mix well, then sit on the stove.
2- Stir until constantly boiling and thickening and add vanilla in it.
3- Pour the mixture you prepared in a square debt you drench and after cooling from room temperature, put it in the refrigerator and let it rest for a minimum of 2 hours.
4- At the end of the rest period, take it out of the cupboard and, after slicing, decorate and serve with powdered pistachios.
